About Me

I believe that great learning experiences unlock potential and transform organizations. But more than that, I believe the most powerful change happens at the intersection—where individual transformation meets organizational impact.

With over 20 years in the professional services sector, I've built my practice on a fundamental insight: you can't develop great leaders without understanding organizational systems, and you can't transform organizations without developing individual leaders.

Beyond Work, I'm a wife, mom, sister, daughter, dog lover (see pic of Beau, my office mate, below). I am an avid knitter, reader and gardener. And I believe that we all need to bring a bit more kindness and understanding to the world.

I Drive For Sustainable Change

I'm not interested in flash-in-the-pan transformations or flavor-of-the-month programs. I care about change that lasts:

  • Leaders who continue growing long after coaching ends
  • Programs that evolve and improve year over year
  • Organizations that build internal capability, not vendor dependency
  • Cultural shifts that persist through leadership transitions


This requires:

  • Building foundations, not just skills - Developing capacity to learn, adapt, and self-correct
  • Transferring knowledge - Making the implicit explicit so others can carry it forward
  • Creating systems - Embedding development in talent processes, not keeping it separate
  • Measuring what matters - Tracking behavior change and business impact, not just satisfaction scores
  • Thinking long-term - Planting seeds that bear fruit years from now
  • Quick fixes are seductive - Sustainable change is hard. I choose the latter

What I Stand For

Integration over separation. Individual and organizational. Strategy and execution. Rigor and intuition. Head and heart. The power is in integration.

Impact over activity. I care about what changes, not how many workshops we delivered or coaching hours we logged.
